  We welcome back Jeff Hooper who is one of the most talented and best-liked singers on the UK and European music-scene. He is an internationally known cabaret artist. Jeff developed his talent as a singer with the famous Syd Lawrence Orchestra.

  Early in his career Jeff worked with Matt Monro (who taught him how to tie a bow tie!), Morecambe and Wise, and Stephane Grapelli. He sang with Dame Shirley Bassey and Sir Tom Jones at the opening of the National Assembly of Wales. He is a great favourite on the BBC RADIO 2 show and Friday Night is Music Night.

  His work is prolific, with overseas concert tours, weekly radio shows, luxury cruises and regular performances across Britain and beyond in some of the world’s top jazz clubs, concert halls and cabaret spots. Jeff and his Swing Easy band was selected to be the Strictly Come Dancing Tour Band across the Warner Hotel Group

Backed by a powerhouse lineup of top London musicians, TJ delivers a spellbinding mix of jazz, blues, soul and country, drawing inspiration from legends like Ray Charles, Dr John, Louis Armstrong, Johnny Cash, BB King, Nina Simone, Alberta Hunter, Frank Sinatra, Willie Nelson and many more.

  With his unmistakable voice and magnetic stage presence, TJ has a rare ability to pull audiences and band members into a shared, intimate, and exhilarating musical experience. It’s a chemistry few artists can match.

  For more than twenty‑five years, TJ and his band have toured the UK and the world, lighting up international festivals and iconic venues while remaining a vibrant force on London’s music scene.   Accompanying is the renowned saxophonist Al Nicholls who reproduces the rich deep mellow melodic tenor saxophone sound of the 1930’s, top London musicians Simon Picton on guitar, double bassist Tim Fairhall and drummer Wesley Gibbons.
