‘Wild’ Bill Davison – An American cornet player best remembered for his association with bandleader Eddie Condon with whom he worked and recorded. Tonight will re-create the feel of this swinging Dixieland jazz style with these handpicked Jazz Cats by pianist Dave Browning.

Excelling on reeds is the very much in demand talent of Richard Exall who is a virtuoso of the clarinet and saxes and past member of the Chris Barber Jazz Band.
On trombone is Brian Butler who’s equally happy with mainstream and trad being a skilled technician and improviser (observe his triple-tonguing!).
Drummer John Watson has performed with Big Chris Barber Band and the Pasadena Roof Orchestra
Double bassist is Keith Donald who also toured with ‘Wild’ Bill Davison in the 1980’s. He frequently appears at the Club in Pete Allen’s Hot Four.
