    From the Syd Lawrence Orchestra: ‘The Savoy Collection’

    For the Club’s re-opening night we welcome back The Savoy Collection septet who were formed from the Geraldo Orchestra under the leadership of Chris Dean back in 1992.  After a long break Chris reformed them for a cruise in 2013. They proved so popular with their specialist arrangements that Chris performed with them at the SLO convention in 2016 and regularly ever since. Upbeat jazz and big band arrangements including vocals are the order of the day, plus great Jazz playing from the country’s finest musicians, bring the audiences to their feet everywhere the band  perform.

    Sit back and enjoy a unique musical evening of great entertainment including vocals by Chris Dean and your favourite instrumentals.
