  Java Jam is a delightful 5 piece band fronted by the superb voice of West End songstress Sarah-Jane Hassell and backed by a talented versatile quartet. They perform a diverse mix of songs from the American Songbook and Bossa Nova plus some modern popular classics, along with instrumentals all with their own unique jazzy twist.  They have performed to sell-out crowds at venues including Pizza Express, Ronnie Scott’s and National Trust properties including Polesden Lacey and Ightam Mote. Musical director pianist  Roger Lewin is a much sought after accompanist having backed artists including Tina May and Gwyneth Paltrow. Together with Phil Brown on tenor sax, Tim Robertson on bass, and John Willis on drums, expect a highly entertaining evening!
